TERMS OF SERVICE
Your rights and responsibilities when using DisputeMyToll.com. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Generate My Dispute LetterDisputeMyToll.com provides an AI-assisted document-preparation service that generates toll dispute letters based on information you provide. The service is provided 'as is.' We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and use of this service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. The letter we generate reflects the inputs you give us. If any information in your letter is incorrect, we offer free revisions — simply reply to your delivery email.
The fee for one dispute letter and filing kit is $29, charged as a one-time payment via Stripe at the time of download. You may preview your generated letter before paying. We do not charge a subscription; each dispute letter requires a separate payment.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your letter, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your $29, no questions asked. Free revisions for factual errors are available indefinitely after purchase.
You may use DisputeMyToll.com only for lawful purposes and only to generate dispute letters for toll charges you have a genuine good-faith basis to contest. You may not use this service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or bad-faith dispute letters. Misuse of this service may result in account termination without refund.
The dispute letter generated for you is yours to use for your personal dispute. You may not resell, redistribute, or use dispute letters generated by this service on behalf of third parties without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DisputeMyToll.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed deadlines, denied disputes, or adverse legal outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($29).
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms were last updated on June 10, 2026.
