PRIVACY POLICY
How DisputeMyToll.com collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when generating a dispute letter.
Generate My Dispute LetterTo generate your dispute letter, we collect: your name, email address, vehicle plate number, state of registration, the name of the toll agency, the violation date and amount, and the grounds you select for disputing the charge. We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL) that is common to all websites.
If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address and the state you are disputing in, which we use to send relevant dispute tips and deadline reminders. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
We use the information you provide solely to generate and deliver your dispute letter and to respond to any revision or refund requests. We do not sell, share, rent, or transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes — ever.
We retain your dispute details long enough to deliver your letter and handle revision and refund requests. We do not use your dispute information to market unrelated products or services.
We do not collect or store your payment card information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is bound by PCI DSS compliance standards. We receive only a payment confirmation from Stripe — we never see your card number, expiration date, or CVV.
We use standard web analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns on the site. We do not use advertising tracking pixels or cross-site behavioral tracking. We may use session cookies to maintain state during the dispute letter generation process; these expire when you close your browser.
You may request deletion of any personal information we hold by emailing us at the address on file. We will delete or anonymize your records within 30 days of a verified request. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us if you would like to exercise them.
