ATTORNEY ADVERTISING
Everything you need to know before you advertise — how listings work, what they cost, and whether the math makes sense for your practice.
Get Started — From $99/moThe math depends on your practice area and case mix. A single retained client for a standard traffic-related civil matter typically bills $1,500–$5,000 in fees. A high-value case — commercial vehicle violations, license revocation, or a pattern of repeat toll evasion charges — can reach $15,000 or more. A year of Spotlight advertising ($499 × 12 = $5,988) is recovered by one mid-range case. A year of Basic advertising ($99 × 12 = $1,188) breaks even on a small-fee case.
We don't cite win rates or testimonials because we have none to give you honestly. What we can tell you about our traffic: users arrive here having already decided to fight their charge. They are actively looking for a dispute letter, legal guidance, or an attorney referral. That intent level is warmer than most legal directories deliver.
Smart results routing: when a user's dispute shows characteristics suggesting they may need counsel — commercial vehicle, prior unresolved violations, a contested registration hold, or a charge they believe is agency error — the results page surfaces attorney listings prominently alongside the AI-generated letter. Spotlight and Featured attorneys receive priority placement in that routing.
Every listing automatically tracks impressions (how many times your card appeared on a page to a user) and clicks (how many users clicked through to your website or tapped your phone number). You can view your stats at any time using the private stats link emailed to you at signup — no password or login required.
Stats are updated daily. If you see low impressions in a state, it typically means traffic to that state page is lower than average — not that your listing isn't appearing. Compare across your selected states to see where your spend is working hardest.
Billing is monthly via Stripe. Your card is charged on the same calendar date each month from the date your listing first went live.
To cancel: open the private management link emailed to you at signup and click Cancel Subscription. Your listing is removed instantly and you will not be charged again. There is no prorated refund for unused days in the current billing period — if you cancel mid-cycle, your listing stays live through the end of that paid period, then is removed.
If your card on file fails, Stripe will retry according to its standard retry schedule. If the charge ultimately fails, your listing is automatically paused until payment is resolved through the management link.
Attorney listings on DisputeMyToll.com are clearly marked as paid advertising. Users can see they are advertisements — we do not mix them into organic content without a label.
We are not a law firm and we do not verify bar membership, disciplinary records, or the accuracy of the information in your profile. Your profile is your own representation to prospective clients. You are responsible for keeping it accurate and compliant with your state bar's advertising rules.
We do not endorse, certify, or recommend any attorney or law firm. A listing is a paid advertisement, not an editorial judgment about the quality of your services.
